Some Entertainers have other jobs during Weekdays & do Entertaining only at Weekends
Sometimes they’ll offer doing only a 1hr Magic Show during the 2hr Party
After you allow 20/30mins for the food break
This leaves at least ½hr of the Party that the Parents would need to entertain all those excitable kids
Most Parents wouldn’t want to be put in this situation
I have been a full-time Children’s Party Entertainer for over 25yrs
& I do Whole 2hr ‘Stress-free’ Parties

I’ve always kept my prices lower than most
Even when you book other Entertainers for the full 2hrs, some take a ½hr break during the food break

Whilst the kids are eating –
I keep on entertaining them

This is when I make them All a Balloon Sword each
Which they get at The End of the Party
As their main Leaving Gifts
I’m not aware of any other Entertainer that offers this
Most Parties range between 25 to 35 guests
This is because the Birthday Child’s whole class get invited
Add to this – Younger siblings & Relatives, the number can be higher
Especially if it’s for a Joint Party for children of different ages (2 sets of classmates)
I have heard of other Entertainers that put a cap on numbers
As low as 15
With a proviso that you pay extra for every child that attends above that low cap
& You’ll not be sure how much Extra you’ll have to pay – Until the actual day
This is Rubbish!
I have No Maximum number
So, if you want to invite 30, 40, or 50
That’s fine
The price stays the same
The More the Merrier!
Unfortunately, I regularly get frantic phone calls from distressed Mums, saying that an Entertainer they’d booked, had just cancelled on them, with the Party just a few days away
Even though the Mums had –
– Signed a Contract
– & Paid a Deposit
At the end of the day, this means Diddly-Squit
Most Entertainers Contracts say –
If You want to Cancel on Them
You still need to pay them 50%
But, if They want to Cancel on You
You only get your Deposit back
(Your own money)
I have Never put anyone in this situation
I have literally done Thousands of Parties over these last 25yrs
& Have Never Missed a Single Party
EVER!
I’d be surprised if there’s anyone else out there that can even get Close to this Prefect Record
